Job Description

The GTM Customizations team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within the NBCU Ad Sales Organization. Sales Enablement collaborates across the organization to drive concise, consistent and customized messaging to all clients and agencies.

Work with Sr. Director on development and oversight and execution of following:

Strategy, Knowledge and Engagement:

  • Work closely with Sr. Director to participate in the development of the evolving GTM narrative, ensuring a deep working knowledge of materials across all subject matter (i.e., Audiences, Brand Effectiveness, Content, Currency, etc.)
  • Partner with assigned sales teams to understand their key business and category challenges in order to deliver customized messaging and solutions for agency partners.
  • Develop Customized materials such as GTM decks, QBRs, Top-to-Top narratives, CES materials, Upfront Sales Decks, Scatter Decks and more.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate across matrixed organization on development of materials as necessary, aligning with the stakeholders to leverage the appropriate content and data driven solutions and materials to create persuasive narratives.
  • Train internal stakeholder (i.e., Sales) as needed in collaboration with CoE (Center of Excellence) on any areas of GTM materials that need immersive exploration for improved knowledge and understanding.
  • Participate in on-going core team, broader Sales Enablement and Sales Team meetings to understand key business issues and priorities to drive revenue and success

Execution/Organization

  • Manage internal systems and processes: i.e., Highspot; sharepoint, project trackers, etc

Management

  • Mentor, manage and grow two direct reports:  Manager and Coordinator
    • Managing workload while providing clear path for training, development and learning

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in media industry with sales and marketing, client, or agency background preferred
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Must be proficient in Powerpoint and Excel

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000, Bonus Eligible
