Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

We're in the middle of a transformation in how we rate, model, and deploy across Business Insurance via the Earnix platform. We're looking for a technical actuarial leader to join this high-impact and cross-functional team that operates at the intersection of actuarial science, data engineering, technology, and rating specialists. This highly visible lead role for the Earnix rating model transformation sits within the Business Insurance Actuarial Product Cross-Line Initiatives group and will lead a team of three actuarial analysts. You'll own the technical buildout, expansion, and analytical capabilities of our new pricing engine across multiple lines of business Specifically, build and refine rating algorithms, lead automation efforts, partner with data science and data engineering, champion the platform internally, shape new workflows, advocate for the company on vendor calls, foster a culture of innovation and manage a team of three.
