We're seeking a proactive communicator and UX thinker familiar with German banking to craft empowering content. You will be a part of our Design and Customer Experience team, reporting to the VP UX writer, onsite in Berlin.
Job responsibilities
Craft effective, meaningful copy to shape customer journeys focusing on tone, accessibility and meaning for different audiences
Present and communicate work and recommendations to partners, content and design leadership, and stakeholders across the business
Work with other UX writers by giving and receiving feedback, and sharing best practices to help elevate our work and maintain consistency across experiences
Work closely with designers, product managers, researchers, localisation specialists and engineers to shape end-to-end customer experiences
Understand, consider and balance business goals and requirements, regulatory requirements, and tech constraints with good customer outcomes
Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Learn, understand and work with content team processes
Contribute to writing guidelines to maintain consistency
Collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders more widely across the business including marketing, legal, compliance, privacy, risk and customer servicing teams
Join UX research sessions and use learnings to inform our content experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
You’re fluent in English and skilled writer
You have experience crafting UX product copy and you know when to be consistent and when to deviate (for a better experience) in an app flow, buttons, help messages and push notifications
