Production Operator

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing processes, ensuring that the Pharmaceutical products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Role: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa, USA

Salary: $23-$26/hr experience depending

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
• Document production activities accurately and in real-time
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of manufacturing schedules
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department

Experience/Qualifications:

• Past production/manufacturing background. Experience in a GMP environment such as food, Pharmaceuticals or Chemicals is essential.
• Have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and a commitment to safety
• At least 3 years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical / animal health, food or related industry is preferred but not required
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Good Mathematical skills
• Mechanical aptitude
