The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.</p><p></p><p><b>The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. </b></p><p></p><p><u><b>What does this internship consists in? </b></u></p><p></p><p>Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.</p><p></p><p>You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with <b>an 11 month internship at Airbus</b> in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Internship Job Description: </b></u></p><p></p><p><span>Airbus’s Real Estate department is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architecture student to support strategic planning and asset management activities across the iberian Airbus portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, bridging architectural vision with corporate financial and operational needs.</span></p><p></p><h2>1. Tasks to be carried out by the Student</h2><p><span>The intern will actively support the Real Estate team in the following key areas:</span></p><ul><li><span><b>Market Analysis &amp; Transaction Support</b>: <span>Assist the market analysis research to assess local real estate trends, property valuations, and competitive leasing conditions relevant to current and potential Airbus sites and support the transaction team by preparing initial data packages for leasing activities (analysis and negotiation), acquisitions, and disposals. </span></span></li><li><b>Real Estate Master Planning Support</b>: <span>Assist in the development, analysis, space utilization studies, and update of the Real Estate Master Plan for various Airbus sites, ensuring alignment with business unit requirements and future growth strategies.</span></li><li><b>Data Management &amp; Digitalization</b>: <span>Participate in the digitalization of real estate databases, supporting the integration of spatial data (e.g., BIM models, GIS…).</span></li><li><b>Asset Reporting</b>: <span>Assist in the management of the real estate asset portfolio by collecting and compiling necessary documentation for transactions (lease administration, disposals, acquisitions).</span></li><li><b>Financial Reporting</b>: <span>Contribute to financial reporting by compiling data related to Capital Expenditures (CapEx), operating costs, and portfolio valuation for executive summaries.</span></li><li><b>Data Analysis</b>: <span>Perform data analysis on portfolio performance, occupancy rates, and benchmark metrics to identify areas for optimization and cost efficiency.</span></li></ul><p></p><h2>2.
