Job Summary:
The County Manager Assistant supports the County Manager and works with the County Onboarding Specialist to complete daily operational tasks and duties for their assigned County.
Essential Duties:
1. DSP Onboarding Responsibilities:
• Review DSP applications and schedule hiring interviews.
• Conduct DSP hiring interviews when County Manger is not available.
• Communicate to the County Onboarding Specialist of any applicants that need to proceed to the hiring stage.
• Conduct ISP Review portion of DSP Orientation if County Manager is not available.
2. Individual Onboarding Responsibilities:
• Schedule Individual Onboarding intake meeting(s) with the Individual, family, or Guardian.
• Assist the County Manager with matching DSPs with an Individual in need of supports.
• Attend Meet & Greets with the potential DSP match and the Individual if the County Manager is not available.
• Ensure all Individual Onboarding paperwork is received from the Case Management Entity (CME) including Service Agreement, Individual Support Plan, and any additional support documentation.
• Ensure Individual Onboarding paperwork is completed thoroughly with the Individual or Guardian prior to giving to County Onboarding Specialist for processing.
3. Records Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Training of any new, revised, or annual Individual Service Plans (ISPs) with all DSPs assigned to the Individual if the County Manager is not available.
• Processing of the ISP acknowledgement documentation for any new, revised, or annual Individual ISPs.
4. DSP Management Responsibilities:
• Assist the County Manager with conducting documented retraining (MITC, progress notes, IRs, etc.) with the DSP.
• Identify, assist, and support DSPs with any questions or concerns they may have during their employment.
• Create a work environment conducive to Premier staff retention including consistent contact and timely response to voice mails, emails, texts, etc.
• Assist the County Manager to try and cover DSP vacations, leaves, and call outs.
5. Office Management Responsibilities:
• Answer the office phone and greet walk-ins. The County Onboarding Specialist will cover when you are not available.
• Ensure timely response to voice mails, emails, texts, and completion of assigned tasks.
• Attend all assigned or scheduled meetings on time and prepared.
• Submit monthly purchase orders.
• Ensure office is clean and organized at all times.
6. Relationship Management: Learn and manage complex relationships with Individuals- Served/families, interested community members, PCS staff, and government agencies.
7. Compliance: Assist the County Manager in resolving any compliance issues by
reviewing Premier policies and Government Regulations with Individuals-Served/families, case management, and co-workers/supervisors.
8. Drafting and Auditing Records: Assists the County Manager in ensuring that assigned documents are written to a satisfactory quality and in a timely manner then uploaded and recorded accurately.
9. Other Duties: Ability to perform and complete any additional tasks/projects as assigned.

7. Ability to pass a drug test upon request.
8. Ability to learn and implement CPR, First Aid practices, and understanding ISPs.
9. Effectively manages time by prioritizing, planning, scheduling work activities, ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
10. Anticipates future changes and creates plans to best fit the situation.
