LOCATION:                            168 Third Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451

TITLE:                                    Sr. Systems Analyst

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                 Analyze software functionality gaps and develop alternatives for resolution of cross functional issues with different user groups and SAP teams.
Finalize Business blueprinting.
Develop Project Plans.
Configuration, Unit and Integration testing.
Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements.
Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and update the status with respective teams.
Provide user training where appropriate.
Coordinate with Power users in resolving the issues that arises during user training.
Complete Production Support issues.
Provide effective scope and issue management.
Search and apply OSS notes where appropriate.
Communicate complex issues and solution alternatives to users.
Articulate solution options and using SAP configuration creatively versus developing modifications to SAP code.
Perform development tasks utilizing the SAP Project Life Cycle methodology.
Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements.
Manage projects utilizing SAP Project Life Cycle methodology when appropriate.
Travel: Up to 50% domestic and international travel required. Can work remotely or telecommute.                                                                                                                                   

REQUIREMENTS:                  MINIMUM Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement:  5 years of SAP Service Delivery, or related experience. Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field of study plus 7 years of SAP Service Delivery, or related experience.  Required knowledge or experience with: ERP/SAP Service Delivery experience with deliverance of being able to deliver continuous improvement; Full cycle implementations; Hands on expertise in SAP Service and QM module; Demonstrated ability in the SD area of SAP; Client facing and presentation skills.
