Bank Care and Support Assistant
Noble House, Worcester
£10.83
Hours as and when required
Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However, you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Noble House to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Located in Sanctuary Grove, a purpose-built community on the outskirts of Worcester, Noble House provides apartments and communal facilities for over 55s.
At Sanctuary Supported Living, we are passionate about residents enjoying their retirement in comfort whilst continuing to live independently, with the peace of mind that help is on hand if they need it. We are looking for caring and compassionate people to ensure that our residents enjoy happy and fulfilling lives.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.
If you want to make a positive impact in our lively retirement community where no two days are the same, this is a great opportunity to come and work within a hardworking and resident-focused team.
