Customer Success Associate

Own the entire relationship with assigned customers, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Establish relationships as trusted advisors to help ensure the continued value of our products and services.

Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned customers, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.

Review the customer journey, determine how it's best supported, and use a consultative approach to help customers overcome issues and achieve their goals.

Effectively carry out customer-success strategies and best practices

Communicate effectively to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.

Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed.

Facilitate customer meetings and prepare documentation or visuals of overall performance for each assigned customer, analyzing trends and usage to identify areas for improvement and minimize churn.

Work with Sales and Marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in business operations and/or customer-facing roles

Experience presenting information to customers and receiving feedback

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communications skills, both verbal and written

Ability to adapt to change, react quickly to issues, and solve problems creatively

Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment

Self-motivated and team-oriented

A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment

Crave continuous improvement both personally and professionally

Proficient use of Google Suite
