Impressive, right? </p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience? </p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>Provide operational support to the <strong>La Plaza Project Manager</strong> in coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of this key Fan Zone area, ensuring the efficient operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment spaces, and public services, while facilitating coordination between suppliers, operational teams, and internal departments.</p> <p>You will: </p> <ul> <li>Support the Project Manager in the planning and coordination of La Plaza operations throughout the <strong>Load-In</strong>, <strong>Event Operations</strong>, and <strong>Load-Out</strong> phases.</li> <li>Coordinate communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the operational plan is delivered effectively.</li> <li>Monitor the condition and operational readiness of facilities, including food & beverage outlets, bars, furniture, stages, public seating areas, and guest services.</li> <li>Work closely with Food & Beverage operators, entertainment providers, and other suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of services.</li> <li>Monitor day-to-day operations, identify operational issues, and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.</li> <li>Coordinate with the Production, Security, Cleaning, Access Control, Guest Experience, and other operational departments to ensure the smooth operation of La Plaza.</li> <li>Support the coordination of the operatio
