We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting II to join our Central Expense team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee complex expense-related activities for funds with intricate portfolio assets, including invoice payments, budgeting, and expense ratio reporting.
- Prepare fund expense budgets and contribute to financial planning processes.
- Handle complex general ledger entries as needed to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare fund expense invoices and track payments to ensure timely and accurate client billing.
- Conduct analysis comparing fund budgeted expenses to actual expenses and provide insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting, expense management, or financial operations within the asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of expense management, budgeting, and general ledger systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Experience working with complex fund structures and portfolio assets.
