We are a growing team looking for a Intern, Sales Operations to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our Sales Operations team in the Amsterdam office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our team in Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, operational efficiency, logistics, and business operations. As a intern, you will support our team in various tasks related to Salesforce, sales process alignment and tender management. 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Support in Salesforce administrative tasks 
  • Monitor and maintain the email distribution lists for the whole commercial organization
  • Send out weekly emails celebrating the largest deals of the week
  • Run data hygiene maintenance exercises with the support of the sales team
  • Prepare reports and data analysis related to tender management to support sales efforts
  • Provide support in Salesforce to the sales team and other stakeholders
  • Participate in project teams focused on process improvement and efficiency in sales operations

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

  • Student status in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program; preferably in  Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
