Position Location:

This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.

Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of

their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference

will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.

Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Design and develop analytical tools and dashboards using Excel, Access, or Qlik Sense to enhance data accessibility and reporting

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives

• Create and maintain documentation for tools, processes, and data workflows to ensure consistency and scalability

• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines

• Continuously improve existing tools and processes to keep pace with evolving business needs

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience (Required):

• Bachelor’s Degree Required

• 3+ years of professional experience in a data-driven or analytical role

• Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments

• Hands-on experience building tools or dashboards with Excel (advanced functions, macros), Access, or Qlik Sense

• Proficiency in coding (e.g., VBA, SQL, Python, or similar) to support tool development and automation

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with data visualization and story telling

• Familiarity with additional BI tools (Qliksense, Tableau)

Travel Requirements: Up to 5%

• Willingness to travel over a broad geography for field visits with account managers

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $98,700 – 141,000 – 183,300 USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period.  Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
