As a Veeva Quality Vault Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of digital quality transformation, leading the implementation and optimization of Veeva’s Quality Vault applications, including QualityDocs and QMS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about delivering scalable, compliant solutions that support business excellence. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Compliance to ensure the system meets both operational needs and regulatory standards.

Your Role

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Veeva Vault Quality, guiding system design and best practices across QualityDocs and QMS modules.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Veeva Vault solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.
• Analyze existing quality management workflows to identify inefficiencies and design innovative, streamlined solutions.
• Oversee system validation activities to ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and usage of the platform.
• Manage change control and release cycles, coordinating updates and enhancements with minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality system solutions.

Your Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience with Veeva Vault Quality, including implementation, configuration, validation, and ongoing system support.
• Strong knowledge of life sciences regulations and quality standards, including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Technical proficiency in Veeva SDK, API integrations, and interface development.
• Veeva Admin Certification preferred, along with experience in other Vault applications or enterprise systems.
• Background in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Operations, with experience supporting global delivery models.
