About the Program
Flexcar Leadership Pathways (FLP) is a highly selective, fast-track program for high-potential early-career professionals.

You’ll begin as an Associate, the frontline face of Flexcar. Associates gain hands-on experience supporting members while developing a deep understanding of operations, logistics, and business performance.

After one year, top performers may be promoted to Senior Associate and enter our Rotational Program, which includes exposure to:
  • Fleet operations
  • Service flow optimization
  • Financial performance & P&L drivers
  • Local market growth strategy
  • Team leadership fundamentals

High performers may progress into a Functional Manager, and ultimately Site Lead roles based on performance and business needs.

This is a structured development program designed to build operational, analytical, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional member experience through in-person and digital interactions
  • Support daily fleet and operational workflows
  • Analyze utilization, service metrics, and performance data
  • Assist with logistics coordination and service execution
  • Contribute to local growth initiatives
  • Participate in leadership development training and rotational assignments
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

Associates may perform hands-on operational tasks, including vehicle movement, inspection, and coordination of service activities.

Qualifications
  • Full-time, in-person role in Dallas
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with fleet operations
  • Relocation flexibility may be required for future lead
