Job Summary: Responsible for the training and development of the administrative, assistant and investment specialist team. Partner with Administrator Supervisor in improving and promoting a cohesive team while executing bank wide initiatives. Provide sufficient coverage for employees that may be out of the office or otherwise need assistance. Generate ideas for process improvement and offer solutions to enhance business operations. Understand and support various system and product applications. Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives and projects to support the department and/or business unit. Establishes work processes for team members and ensures a high-level of customer service is delivered and promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Maintains strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

• Effectively manage others by consistently applying INTRUST’s supervisor and manager expectations: relationship management; feedback; coaching and development; establishing effective work culture expectations; critical thinking; business acumen; and resource management.
• Lead training and serve as support for wealth administrators, trust administrators, assistants, and investment specialists.
• Facilitate process improvement projects for Wealth and Trust by utilizing tools and systems while standardizing, maintaining, and regularly updating procedures to deliver tangible value.
• Foster critical thinking to enhance team collaboration internally.
• Serve as subject matter expert and representative of Wealth and Trust team in the implementation and maintenance of IRIS.
• Higher level of involvement executing bank wide initiatives offering support alongside Admin Supervisor.
• Provide administrative collaboration with Wealth and Trust team in all aspects of the client experience.
• Execute on day-to-day trust and investment management administration activities.
• Possess knowledge in the areas of banking, estate, trust, conservatorship, irrevocable trust, IRA, investments, goals-based asset management and financial planning.
• Assist advisors, strategist administrators and assistants in generating and executing ideas to enhance client experience and develop new business.
• Work effectively with Wealth Clients, Wealth staff, Compliance and Legal, and Quality Assurance Group.
• Maintain professional conduct with outside contacts such as trust/estate planning attorneys, assisted-living facilities, and CPA firms, among other professionals in the community.
