Dow is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Regulatory Specialist to join our EMEAI team. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive regulatory excellence and ensure our products meet compliance standards across Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Regional Regulatory Leader: Serve as the go-to expert for regulatory matters in Eurasia, providing insightful guidance and consulting services to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Regulatory Interpretation &amp; <span>Consulting: Offer</span> value-added regulatory interpretation and consulting services, seeking advice from law firms when necessary.</li><li>Guidance &amp; Support: Assist in drafting and updating regulatory statements, resolving customer requests, and implementing hazard communication requirements (e.g., SDS and labels).</li><li>Project Development &amp; Risk <span>Management: Support</span> new project developments, issue management, and business risk reviews.</li><li>REACH-like Program <span>Implementation: Lead</span> the implementation of REACH-like programs, including Ukraine-REACH and EEU Technical Regulation 041/2017.</li><li>Regulatory <span>Monitoring: Stay</span> ahead of regulatory developments and proactively inform stakeholders of any impacts.</li><li>Representation &amp; <span>Advocacy: Represent</span> Dow in trade associations, coordinate common positions, and advocate for regulatory improvements.</li><li>Continuous <span>Learning: Attend</span> external trainings, seminars, workshops, and conferences to enhance your expertise and network.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Educational <span>Background: Minimum</span> of a Master’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li><span>Experience: Significant</span> relevant work experience in technical or regulatory affairs.</li><li>Language Skills: Fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Skills</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Regulatory skills: knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the specified regions.</li><li>Consulting &amp; Interpretation: Ability to provide value-added regulatory interpretation and consulting services.</li><li>Project Management: Skills in supporting project development, issue management, and business risk reviews.</li><li>Communication: Strong communication skills for drafting regulatory statements, training stakeholders, and managing internal and external communications.</li><li>Representation &amp; Advocacy: Skills in representing the company in trade associations and advocating for regulatory improvements.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Commitment to attending external trainings, seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay updated and enhance expertise.</li><li>Self Motivation and independency.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Additional note</b></p><p></p><ul><li>There is no relocation supported for this role</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Benefits – What Dow offers you</b> </p><p></p><p>We invest in you. <br/> </p><p>Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career. You bring your background, talent, and perspective to work every day.
