Able Minds ABA is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the Oakland area. We have immediate cases available and are looking for professionals who are ready to begin as soon as onboarding is complete.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect accurate session data and complete electronic documentation

• Build positive relationships with clients and families

• Maintain professionalism and follow ethical ABA practices

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
