Our team is trusted for their sophisticated delay analysis involved in the biggest projects developed around the world, including notable buildings, infrastructure, power & utilities, and oil & gas works. That's why our team was honored as Who's Who Legal's Construction Expert Witness Firm of the Year for 2024.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Research and fact-finding</li> <ul> <li>Reviewing technical and non-technical documentation (construction schedules, blueprints and technical engineering drawing, reports, correspondence, market data, weather reports, financial data, etc.…) to identify key details and metrics used to develop expert reports.</li> <li>Through research, develop keen understanding of all relevant information pertaining to legal disputes regarding largescale construction projects</li> </ul> <li>Detailed data analysis</li> <ul> <li>Review large datasets using multiple analytical methods and tools to identify tends, anomalies, and other details which may have led to cost and schedule overruns</li> <li>Independentl
