Senior Officer (Commercial Leasing)

The Job

• Handle new letting/renewal cases including preparation of budget/report
• To process applications for commercial properties and make recommendations.
• To carry out pre-marketing works for new projects
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants, customers and property agents
• To handle all leasing enquiries, complaints
• To assist in drafting lease documents, conduct site inspections with potential tenants.
• Implement marketing strategies and plans for the property portfolio.
• Monitor the performance of management company
• To assist in all leasing matters of the property portfolio & ad-hoc duties

 

The Person

• Degree Holders in surveying/real estate/property management or related subjects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property leasing and/or property management.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and positive attitude with good market sense
• Familiar with the tenancy agreement of shops
• High work commitment, responsible and good communication skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good PC knowledge
