About the Role: The Operations Support Administrator will provide essential administrative support for our operations team. This role is designed to help operations management remain focused in the field by handling key administrative responsibilities, including timecard approvals to include proper job coding of labor hours, purchased materials approval and proper coding, recruiting coordination, RAMP card reviews and approvals, milage reimbursements, and other general operational support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support daily administrative functions for the operations team to ensure smooth business execution
Review, track, and assist with timecard/payroll approvals, proper job coding, and analysis for head of drilling operations
Prepare, process, and monitor billing, and proper job cost coding
Support recruitment activities by acting as a liaison between department managers (or their designees) and Human Resources, ensuring effective coordination of interview scheduling and seamless organization of new hire orientation
Assist management organize schedules, reports, and operational records
Support coordination between field teams, office staff, vendors, and management
Ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping across internal systems
Assist with purchase orders, work orders, and contract-related tasks as needed
Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and help keep projects moving forward
Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows
Position Requirements:
Successfully pass a background check, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
Valid U.S. Driver's License required
Successfully pass pre-employment drug test and physical, depending on position
Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9 and E-Verify). The Company participates in E-Verify and will submit information from your completed Form I-9 to E-Verify to confirm your employment eligibility

Education and/or Experience:
2+ years of administrative, operations support, office coordination, or related experience
Experience supporting billing, payroll/timecards, recruiting, or pricing functions preferred
Experience in construction, field services, utilities, industrial services, or a related industry is a plus
Language Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer Skills:
Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word-processing, spreadsheet, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:
Ability to establish relationships, build trust, manage conflict and influence others
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
High degree of professionalism
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physical Demands:
Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
Sedentary physical daily activities of an administrative nature
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials

This position will be located in our Willis, Texas office
