Field Operations Team Members - Overnight

We are seeking overnight Field Operations Team Members to join our bike operations team As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.

• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• The ability to use technology provided by the company.
• A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
• The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
• Possess a valid and active driver's license.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, team members may be assigned to perform duties outside their responsibilities.
