About the role
<p>Our client is a rapidly expanding international group active with operations across multiple countries. Backed by strong private equity investors, the organization has experienced significant growth in recent years and is building a scalable, data-driven platform to support its continued international expansion.</p><ul><li>Own and manage finance-related data systems and data flows across multiple platforms</li><li>Ensure data integrity, reliability, and consistency across ERP and connected systems</li><li>Support system integrations, including during acquisitions and business expansions</li><li>Contribute to ERP enhancements and optimisation initiatives</li><li>Work closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Develop and maintain data models supporting reporting and analytics</li><li>Support automation initiatives and data governance improvements</li><li>Provide support and training to internal users when needed</li></ul>
<p>Profile</p><ul><li>Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (data, systems, ERP, or finance systems environment)</li><li>Strong technical skills (e.g. SQL, data modelling, system integration)</li><li>Solid understanding of finance processes and ERP systems</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance / IT / Data)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented profile</li><li>Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Fluent in English and french or Dutch</li></ul>
