Position Summary 

At Bristol Myers Squibb, we are proud to bring innovative medicines to patients in need. The Commercial Leadership Development Program is a premier talent accelerator program, developing future commercial leaders through diverse experiences that drive meaningful impact.  We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives. The Commercial Leadership Development Program is for associates seeking valuable experiences across the key commercial functions of Marketing, Market Access, Global Commercialization, International Marketing, Business Insights and Technology, and Sales. The 3-year program includes four, 9-month rotations across the commercial business. Associates will gain valuable industry and functional experience, while contributing meaningfully to brand teams through challenging assignments. Associates will have frequent exposure to senior management and business leaders through their project work, formal mentorship, and networking events. 

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $96,900 - $117,400, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree graduating Spring 2026
