Registered Dental Hygienist

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist for a community health center, or federally qualified health center (FQHC), in Spencer, Iowa.

• They have an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services often under the same roof!

Position Details:

New location ready to start providing dental care to the community!

• Your Schedule: 8AM – 5PM; Monday - Friday
• Operatories: 7
• Current Team: 2 dentists, 1 hygienist (this position), 5 dental assistants
• EHR: Epic Wisdom

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene.

Benefits

• Starting salary: $75,000-100,000; amount determined based on experience and education.

• Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $50,000 for two year commitment & option to renew through state and federal programs.
• Insurance: medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA; option for accident, critical illness, disability, life, and short & long term disability.
• PTO: 160 hours for full-time salaried employees
