  • As a Sr. Event Manager, you’ll partner with one of the world’s leading brands and be the driving force behind a variety of cool projects, taking them from initial spark to flawless execution.  

  Who we are looking for 

  • You will be expected to manage the entire event lifecycle, working on small to large-sized events with the support of our experienced team.
  • You are comfortable working on multiple projects at one time and a flexible thinker who isn’t scared of a challenge.
  • You have experience collaborating with cross-functional vendor teams to create a cohesive customer experience. 
  • You keep a close eye on the budget, ensuring it stays on track and communicating effectively to create an awesome experience but also keeping the books happy. 
  • You are an on-the-ground champion, ensuring seamless event flow and tackling unexpected hiccups with a can-do attitude.  

Responsibilities 

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute event strategies, including conferences, webinars, and product launches, aligned with Google Workspace's goals.
  • Project Management: Create and manage workback schedules, project plans, and budgets. Oversee resources, mitigate risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with stakeholders, lead meetings, communicate updates, and collaborate on event promotion.
  • Logistics & Operations: Secure venues, manage vendors, oversee registration, coordinate on-site logistics, and provide on-site support.
  • Content & Programming: Develop event programs, coordinate with speakers, create marketing materials, and oversee event production.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze data, and prepare reports to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.

Your toolkit 

  • 4-6 years of event management experience, showcasing your passion and ability to bring ideas to life. You’ve got the skills and the drive to make things happen.
  • A love for events and a knack for creating memorable experiences. You're not just planning events; you're crafting moments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You’re a master of timelines, checklists, and keeping things on track.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can easily connect with clients, vendors, and colleagues alike.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You’re a team player who’s ready for anything.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time for exciting events across the US. Adventure awaits!
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.

  • This role will be embedded with a top tech client. As an Sr. Event Manager you’ll become a crucial teammate on our Event Marketing team supporting and owning 3rd party and client-owned events across the U.S.
