As <strong>Head of User Acquisition</strong>, you will be responsible for building and executing the UA strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing ROAS to scale our portfolio of casual, ad-monetized evergreen mobile games. Your primary goal will be to ensure our apps’ growth and monetization performance is on par with or exceeds that of top competitors. Additionally, you will drive team growth, optimize efficiency, and continuously refine our UA processes.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s quarterly and yearly goals.</li> <li>Identify and pursue growth opportunities to scale user acquisition spend while maximizing ROAS.</li> <li>Build and scale a high-performing UA team, establish and optimize media buying processes ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Lead business development efforts, including negotiating and managing partnerships and exclusive deals with networks.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers to identify automation opportunities for c
