B2B Client Success Manager

What you'll be doing…

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong project and account management background who thinks with a sales strategy mindset. You are required to become fully integrated with sales partners and success is driven by finding the best possible solutions and outcomes for the client and the business. You will be able to strategically think about a client's ultimate end goal and drive renewals and further account growth.

Reporting to the Director, Client Success, this is a client-facing role within the Client Success team, which delivers on all aspects of commercial programs (media, custom solutions, content marketing and custom video.) The Client Success Manager will take ownership of specific accounts and oversee all delivery tasks across a number of sold programs.

You will execute cross-platform custom marketing programs rooted in digital, social, media and experiential that elevate integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives. Then work on deliverables, including the editorial, email, ad delivery, trade marketing, audience development and business intelligence. A strong focus on performance monitoring and recap presentations to fuel renewals is needed and forming recommendations to grow business opportunities with existing clients.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Be familiar with Future B2B brands and immersed in Internet culture
• Experience working for a fast-paced agency (media, digital or creative) or media company, preferably in a client facing role
• A curious mind that leads to better recommendations for campaign success and internal processes
• Solid grasp of digital media products, standards and best practices
• Experience with paid social media campaigns
• Experience working with content creation teams preferred
• Strong organizational habits including attention to detail and multitasking skills
