As an AI Strategist, you’ll use your expertise to help your team assess how AI and technology solutions will impact business processes and develop comprehensive communications, change, and talent strategies to help our federal clients achieve mission outcomes through effective adoption of AI solutions. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices. Work with us as we lead transformational AI adoption efforts in the federal health space.

You Have: 

• Experience with conducting stakeholder and gap analyses and identifying key needs

• Experience with leading organizational transformation or change management efforts for technology adoption

• Experience with leading strategy development and implementation

• Experience with communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience with leading a program or workstream and managing a team

• Knowledge of change management concepts and methodologies

• Ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to address resistance and barriers to adoption

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including executives, data scientists, and strategy teams

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with analyzing data to determine impact of change, learning, or adoption efforts

• Experience with supporting federal government clients

• Knowledge of data science or AI concepts and methodologies

• Knowledge of user-centered design

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and learn quickly in a dynamic environment

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships

• Change Management Certification, including Prosci

• PMP Certification
