Job Description

This role can be based in Mountain View, Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The mission of the Customer Zero program is to leverage LinkedIn's expertise in talent to inspire product innovation, positioning the Talent team as both the first and best customer of LTS enterprise products. Our program focuses on three core principles:

  • Advocate: Helping Product teams understand the challenges and opportunities faced by large enterprise organizations.
  • Validate: Sharing our perspective and acting as an early adopter of LTS enterprise products to inform and accelerate product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
  • Trailblaze: Ensuring the Talent Organization has access to LinkedIn’s most cutting-edge technology to hire, develop, and retain top talent.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between the Product and the Talent organization, managing key initiatives focused on Learning, Career Development, and Internal Mobility. 

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead project management for pilots, ensuring timely delivery and analyzing results for actionable recommendations. Collaborate with business owners and PMMs to ensure readiness and alignment for full-scale product launches.
  • Program Operations: Manage and track the Customer Zero roadmap for Learning, Career Development, and Internal Mobility, using project management tools like Smartsheets to update milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with end-user sentiment and product needs. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discussions with Product and Talent stakeholders to gather input on feature development, ensuring alignment with Talent goals. Oversee internal product champions, drive engagement, and streamline feedback loops to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or related work experience  
  • 5+ years managing complex projects in Talent Management, HR Tech, Product, or Product Marketing functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex projects with tools like Smartsheets.
  • Ability to analyze and present insights from data and feedback.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience driving adoption of new initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Learning Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, or talent marketplace tools
  • Comfortable navigating evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent, learning, and career development products.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  

The pay range for this role is $112,000 to $182,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
