Job Description

UNLEASH is looking for a multiskilled, high-impact Senior Graphic Designer to elevate brand storytelling, design compelling visual assets, and drive creative excellence across our business. This is a high-visibility role, reporting to the CEO Office, and will play a critical role in shaping Investor Relations, Employer Branding, Media, Technology, and overall Experience.

This is not just a design job - it’s a strategic creative role. You’ll work at the intersection of brand, business, and technology, ensuring that every touchpoint - internal and external - visually reflects the power of UNLEASH as a category leader in the future of work.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Brand Leadership

• Own and drive visual storytelling, ensuring all design assets align with UNLEASH’s brand identity, vision, and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute high-impact creative strategies that support Investor Relations, Employer Branding, Media, HR, and Technology.
• Lead the evolution of UNLEASH’s brand identity with the Design team in the UK, creating a compelling, modern, and globally recognized look and feel.
• Work closely with the CEO Office and leadership team to translate strategic business goals into powerful visuals.

Investor Relations, HR & Employer Branding

• Design investor pitch decks, reports, and financial communications, ensuring visual clarity and impact.
• Develop internal and external employer branding assets, reinforcing UNLEASH as a top employer in the media & tech space.
• Collaborate with HR to elevate recruitment marketing materials, onboarding experiences, and internal culture branding.

Media (News & Marketing Services)

• Design high-impact visuals for editorial, news, and marketing services, ensuring strong storytelling across digital and print.
• Create engaging digital assets, motion graphics, social media content, and live visuals for news stories, research reports, and industry insights. 
• Support the marketing team with conversion-driven visual campaigns that enhance audience engagement.

Technology & Experience

• Work closely with the Product & Tech teams to design UI/UX elements, dashboards, and interactive user experiences.
• Elevate digital and event experiences, ensuring a seamless, visually compelling brand presence across platforms.
• Design assets for web, mobile, and emerging digital formats to enhance customer interaction.
