Join us as a Key Accounts Operations

What you will be doing
The role is based in our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the management - you will have the chance to share personal ideas, proposals and contributions to improve the product. You will be focused on supporting the customer needs and managing the operations of the entire team.

You will be part of the Key Accounts Team and your responsibilities will be:

• manage the onboarding process of Corporate Retail Merchants
• coordinate the operations of the team
• ensure an excellent quality of the Merchant profile on the App
• manage great amount of data, using gSheet formulas
• solve merchants’ technical problems
• share personal ideas to improve Merchants metrics, product and operations

You have:

• Excellent knowledge of main computers, smartphone OS, cash registers and API integrations;
• Proficiency in excel;
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken.

• A very quick learner and adapts fast
• Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure
• Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box'

• Problem-solver, able to identify the core of the problem, and providing creative solutions
• Passionate about the Fintech industry

Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
