Your role in our mission
“Analyze this” and help create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Assists internal and outside entities (Employees, Clients, providers, etc.) to reset passwords and troubleshoot other system issues.
- Interacts with the Client and Gainwell Technologies staff to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
- Troubleshoot user calls and emails.
- Gains an understanding of how application and processes works. Builds on that knowledge daily.
- Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects.
- Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems.
- Prepares system documentation. Conforms to security and quality standards.
- Meet customer service level agreement of requests for support, processing time, and returning emails in determined timeframe.
- Expand your technical skills in software applications such as Microsoft Excel, SQL or Visio to enhance your expertise in this role.
What we're looking for
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and software such as Microsoft Office
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and triage problems and defects
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in a professional work environment
- Interest in working at the intersection of the ‘technical’ and ‘non-technical’ and learning more about business processes and re-engineering.
- ServiceNow knowledge or experience.

- Fully remote opportunity from El Paso, TX; Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, West Virginia, Wyoming

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
