About the Opportunity:

The role of a Crypto Exchange Campaigns Manager is dynamic and requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, digital marketing, and user behavior, as well as the ability to adapt to the rapidly changing nature of the industry. The primary goal is to attract and retain users, generate trading volume, and enhance the exchange's brand visibility.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive local market market share growth through strategic growth campaigns and data driven decision making
  • Work closely with cross functional leads on building effective work streams between local and global growth teams
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional teams, ensuring alignment and sharing of best growth practices
  • Plan and execute affiliate and KOL marketing campaigns in each region, coordinating promotional activities and tracking results, while aligning campaign objectives with regional market needs.
  • Ensure that all affiliate and KOL marketing activities comply with relevant regional laws and regulations.
  • Be responsible for the end to end campaign process; from ideation, execution & reporting.
   

    

What We Look For In You

• • 4+ years experience in a growth focused role, preferably in a crypto exchange, fintech or start- up environment
  • Keen strategic thinking and planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Effective problem-solving skills & attention to detail
  • Good organization and time management
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
  • Basic knowledge of the crypto industry
