What your team does
As part of Qliro’s Legal team, you will support our business with high-quality legal advice, working closely with teams across the company to ensure compliance and facilitate growth. Our legal function plays a key role in everything from product development to commercial partnerships, ensuring that Qliro continues to operate as a trusted and compliant financial services provider.

What you will get to do

• Work broadly with business law, advising on commercial agreements, outsourcing, privacy, and regulatory matters
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support negotiations and strategic partnerships
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Provide legal guidance on financial regulations and credit market regulations
• Support the organization in privacy-related matters, while GDPR is not the primary focus, experience in the area is beneficial
• Be a key player in product development, ensuring legal compliance while enabling innovation
• Drive strategic legal initiatives and risk assessments to align with regulatory requirements and business goals

What you bring to the team

• A law degree and at least 5-7 years of experience working with commercial agreements and/or financial regulations, either from a law firm or an in-house role
• You are an experienced legal professional with excellent legal skills, who has an interest in and understanding of business in a broad and dynamic context
• Experience in outsourcing, DORA, PSD2 and other regulatory compliance, as well as privacy matters is meriting
• A pragmatic and business-oriented approach to legal challenges
• Strong collaboration skills and a team player
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
