Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Field Technician in our Earthmoving Division, you’ll bring your expertise directly to the customer:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment on-site
- Repair engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform maintenance, rebuilds, and component overhauls
- Inspect equipment and complete service reports
- Operate independently while managing your service calls
- Stay current with evolving tools and technology
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience
- Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical, and drivetrains
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability in the field
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a service truck and travel to job sites
- Your own tools
- Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic
(CDL, CAT experience, or technical degree are a plus)
