Treasury Operations team at Inspire serves as the driving force behind transformative initiatives, powering the evolution of efficiency and effectiveness within the Treasury function. Central to the team’s mission is a strategic focus on systems, including the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Treasury Management System (TMS) for critical modules such as Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Cash & Payments, and Compliance. The team also leads efforts on broader automation strategies, alongside managing cash operations for over 2,000 Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR), including overseeing armored carrier relationships, smart safe solutions, and associated systems management. Additionally, the Treasury Operations team places a strong emphasis on data analysis, database management, and creating insightful dashboard reports to empower decision-making and drive operational excellence.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team responsible for understanding the business needs, developing detailed technical specifications, partnering and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with the objective to build and deploy innovative solutions. With a focus on operational excellence, policy creation, and cutting-edge reporting, the Treasury Operations team combines analytical rigor with forward-thinking innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documenting the roadmap for transformation of Treasury workflow and processes for future state by assessing current and future business needs, gauging existing capabilities, processes, and technology, especially TMS. Enhance and maintain data integrity within the TMS and other Treasury databases.
- Designs custom reports and data displays for projects and standard report formats for ongoing functions based on organizational needs for information. Design and prepare reports by accessing databases or by consolidating data from multiple sources. Oversee and maintain work plans, schedules, resource plans, metrics, and status reports for TMS implementation/enhancement.
- Coordinate cross functionally to promote awareness through reporting and data visualization. Create and maintain Treasury databases and repositories; create dashboards to track and report on metrics. Consolidate, manage, and manipulate data from multiple sources for analysis, identifying trends, and sharing insights.
- Monitor and report on market data including macroeconomics and peers/competitors Support Accounting, Tax, FPA, Audit, IT, Loss Prevention, and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures.
- Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls, introduce efficiencies, automate processes, and incorporate best practices for the Inspire Company Restaurant Cash Management Program. Project leadership and ability to lead change management initiatives and special projects driven by Restaurant Operations (Res Ops).
- Oversee day-to-day ICR Cash Management for all Inspire brands within the ICR network. Oversee relationships with key armored carrier vendors.
