Job Description
As a leader of the TA Strategy team reporting into the Sr. Director Global Talent Strategy, Optimization and Enablement (SOE), you will help define, develop, and implement the strategy and methodology for identifying and improving where and how we attract talent and operate as the expert voice on external talent market/landscape analysis to inform the TA and business leaders.
This leader will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader supporting TA’s Executive Recruiting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Build, evolve and execute functional strategies and long-term roadmaps to elevate delivery through innovative and proactive solutions built to scale
- Lead with a proactive and strategic approach to deliver on evolving priorities, drive long-term success that enables TA to be agile in varying market conditions
- Enable TA to scale effectively through strategic workforce planning, globally compliant and efficient processes, and emerging tools and technologies
- Deliver comprehensive strategies with multifaceted solutions and a global approach to accelerate the success of Talent Acquisition
- Lead with data by developing organizational KPIs, metrics, reporting and data analytics to track progress, drive decisions and determine success for their respective domains
- Develop a strong partnership with TA PMO, enablement, and optimization to execute the global strategy and evolving priorities
- Develop strong relationships with their designated ServiceNow TA leader to gather a deep understanding of the business, for planning and developing the strategy
- Be a strategic advisor and proactively support leaders across the organization to collectively devise and deploy diverse talent strategies to achieve their talent needs, vision, and goals whilst managing opinions and direction changes
- Develop strategic business drivers, organizational vision, and key operating effectiveness for delivering critical, integrated talent strategies
- Collaborate with teams across the globe to proactively anticipate and identify complex challenges, offer creative solutions, and drive implementation to achieve results
- Set comprehensive goals for process implementation, growth of the business/client relationships, and success of hiring
- Champion HR-wide initiatives
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Approximately 10+ years (or equivalent experience) in Talent Acquisition
- Recent and extensive expertise within Executive Recruiting
- Demonstrated deep understanding of executive recruitment and sourcing with a track record of combining vision with execution excellence
- Manage multiple priorities and meet client deadlines, building on strong organization, planning, and execution skillsets.
- Knowledge of global market status, industry trends, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with Executive Leadership, large organization, and internal stakeholders
- Strong record to target achievement against defined measures of success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
