Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Intern will work with university relations recruiting projects to support FM Global’s university recruiting activities in the corporate office and global operations. This role will work closely with the university recruiters in the Talent Acquisition department of Human Resources. Projects will include supporting the attraction, selection, hiring and onboarding of interns, co-ops and entry level engineers globally. This individual will also get involved in the planning of university recruiting events and on-site professional development activities for current interns/co-ops. 

 

Responsibilities:Ownership and planning of all professional development events for current interns/co-ops Management of all on-campus recruitment activities Creating PowerPoint presentations to support the university recruiting programData analysis, tracking and reporting related intern, co-op, and entry level hiring initiativesParticipating in meetings with hiring managers and internal HR business partnersDeveloping University contacts for recruiters and hiring managersAttendance of recruiting events as neededOther tasks associated with early career hiring may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a 4-year BS or BA degree pursuing HR, Business, Marketing or a related subject area!• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)• Strong interpersonal and communications skills• Great attention to detail• Ability to respond to changing priorities• Collaboration and customer service skills• Ability to think proactively and independently• Organizational and time management skills

 

The hiring range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
