About the job you’re considering

You will be working with a regional team of Business Transformation consultants. You will have a focus on developing client digital solutions, working across all our customer segments, potentially partnering with other practices areas of Capgemini as needed (i.e. Management Consulting, Insights and Data). You will support Go-to-Market teams in developing client solutions end to end, from origination through operationalization.

Your role

• Strong knowledge of the procurement cycle with experience in transformation projects.
• Strong global experience with various types of organizations.
• Likes the challenge of a matrix environment.
• Has some exposure to AI/ AI Agentic.
• Used to a high degree of collaboration.
• Fully aligned with Sustainability as a critical component for success.
• Consulting experience.
