Your impact

We are seeking a skilled People Systems Manager (Contract) to join our team on a project basis. As a contractor, you will be responsible for driving key projects focused on Workday configuration improvements, implementing the advanced compensation module, and managing intake requests from stakeholders. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing our data tables, launching new modules, and delivering additional reports and integrations.

Your role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize Workday configuration improvements for job profile and compensation grade profile tables.

• Lead the implementation of the advanced compensation module, ensuring accurate and efficient configuration and integration with existing HR systems.

• Manage intake requests from key stakeholders for additional reports, integrations, and system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR business partners and IT, to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the execution of projects.

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

• Configure and customize Workday modules to align with organizational requirements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system issues and ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop and deliver training programs to empower HR team members and stakeholders in effectively utilizing HR systems and tools.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR systems and compensation management, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Please note that this is a project-based contractor role, and the specific projects, duration, and deliverables will be specified upon contract agreement.

Your experience

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Workday super admin, including configuration, optimization, and integrations

• Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, with expertise in reducing tech debt and driving system improvements

• Proficiency in people analytics, including data analysis, reporting, and data visualization

• Experience with other HR systems and tools, such as ATS, LMS, or performance management systems, is highly desirable

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and navigate through ambiguity

Compensation range

• $75 - $90 per hour

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
