Schedule:

• This is a 0.5 FTE position on second shift (5 shifts every 2 weeks). This position works 8.5-hour shifts beginning at 3pm, with the possibility of learning an assignment later on that starts at 2pm. This position works every other weekend and has a rotating holiday assignment.

Major Responsibilities:

• Creates the initial electronic health record that serves as the foundation of the patient medical record that is utilized by all members of the healthcare team. Prevents creation of duplicate medical records that can cause treatment safety issues and billing problems.
