Accounts Payable Representative - OneWater Marine

Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the boating industry is a definite plus
