Overview

Position: Front Desk Associate (Travel Required) Location: Eyeplastx Satellite Clinics (Alamo Ranch, Boerne, Castroville, Uvalde, Corpus Christi, Jourdanton, Kerrville, Laredo, New Braunfels & Victoria) 

Employment Type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week)

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and personable Front Desk Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Patient Check-In/Check-Out: 

• Warmly welcome patients and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. 

• Facilitate smooth check-ins by verifying patient information and obtaining check in documents and paperwork. 

• Schedule follow up visits 

Payment Collection and Reconciliation: 

• Collect and post copayments accurately to patient accounts. 

• Balance daily payments and submit reconciled totals to the supervisor. 

Administrative Support: 

• Leverage EHR systems, team chat platforms, and shared resources for seamless communication and documentation. 

• Use office guides and tools to complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. 

Qualifications

Required: 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities. 

• Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling to various satellite clinic locations. 

Preferred (But Willing to Train!): 

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems 

• Experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting. 

• Familiarity with oculoplastic or ophthalmic procedures and terminology.
