What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a Customer Returns Reconciliation Clerk to manage the inspection, verification, and processing of returned golf clubs. This role involves applying account credits, validating invoices, and making product acceptance decisions based on established criteria. Responsibilities include accurate AGS system transactions, product classification, LPN creation, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve non-creditable returns. The position also entails maintaining logs and reports, performing cycle counts, and supporting cross-training and special projects.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of inventory experience; golf product knowledge preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to lift and carry golf club boxes, work in a production environment

• Fast-paced, hands-on warehouse setting
