We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, and we know that starts with having the best people on our team.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Technician with strong experience in machine tool maintenance, troubleshooting, and alignment. This role combines technical expertise in CNC systems with hands-on machining knowledge, ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance and accuracy.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, including mills and lathes. Additional equipment includes dust collectors, saws, presses, balancers, and manual lathes.</li> <li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.</li> <li>Conduct machine alignment, leveling, and geometric accuracy checks using precision measuring tools.</li> <li>Maintain and calibrate spindles, ball screws, linear guides, and other critical machine components.</li> <li>Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance manuals.</li> <li>Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.</li> <li>Keep detailed maintenance records and update maintenance schedules.</li> <li>Support installation and commissioning of new CNC machines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Strong background in machine alignment, leveling, and geometric calibration.</li> <li>Practical machining knowledge and ability to run CNC equipment for testing purposes.</li> <li>Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar control systems (preferred).</li> <li>Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical,
