Associate Network Operations, Tier 1 | Remote, USA

This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S
This position will require shift work and/or after hours work.
Support the Lead Network Engineer in ensuring consistent and reliable network operations. Intake, analyze, categorize and escalate incoming tickets during off-hours.

How you'll make an impact

• Work with Optiv Network Engineering teams in support of IT Operations network operational workloads.
• Providing feedback into process workflows and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Experience managing ticket queues and intaking requests.
• Ability to write and present effectively, e.g. presentations, status reports, technical diagrams, and flowcharts.
• A combination of education and related work experience.
