We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in our healthcare consulting practice. This role is pivotal in shaping client engagements, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering transformative solutions to healthcare organizations across the continuum of care.

What You Will Do:

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems, payers, and public health agencies.
  • Lead the development and execution of client strategies focused on care delivery transformation, operational improvement, and financial sustainability.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Identify emerging AI & Data solutions and services relevant to the Health segment.
  • Ensure organization meets success metrics including sales, utilization, margin and solution delivery targets

Engagement Oversight

  • Oversee complex consulting engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Guide teams in the design and implementation of solutions in areas such as value-based care, population health, digital health, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead AI & Data Health team of over 100 practitioners focused on Federal Health, Life Sciences and Payer/Provider Health
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent, including senior consultants and subject matter experts.

Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital through white papers, presentations, and participation in industry forums.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies to inform client solutions and firm strategy.
  • Speak at industry-specific conferences / podcasts on AI & data topics.

Operational & Financial Management

  • Drive practice-level financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure high quality and profitable delivery of AI & Data solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 12+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in healthcare settings.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, payer-provider dynamics, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field preferred.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior experience leading technology sales and delivery teams at a top-tier consulting or technology firm.
  • Familiarity with partner co-selling motions and building joint solutions with hyperscalers or SaaS providers.
  • Technical degree or certifications in cloud, data, or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working with federal or state healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).
  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms and digital health tools.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in M&A advisory or healthcare innovation strategy.
  • Published thought leadership in healthcare journals or industry forums.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working in global healthcare markets.

The annual salary range for this position is $270,000.00-$450,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
