Job Description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth within the thriving Canadian cannabis market. You’ll engage directly with store owners, nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones. This position offers a unique blend of customer service and sales, requiring you to be both personable and persuasive. You’ll become an expert in the company’s product line, providing valuable information to clients and ensuring our products remain top-of-mind in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls to store owners who have previously purchased the products
  
• Remind customers to reorder products and provide product information
  
• Book meetings with decision-makers for further discussions
  
• Make cold calls to potential new customers from a database of approximately 3,000 stores
  
• Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
  
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
  

Requirements

• Strong B2B experience
  
• 3+ years of experience in telemarketing or cold calling
  
• Fluent English communication skills
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
