Task requirements Domestic Consideration: Flexible/hybrid working maybe available subject to the Commanders agreement, however, living locally is recommended. Must be prepared to support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops. Responsibilities:1. Ensure all Food Services, including contracted services are provided in accordance with current Policies and commercial agreements.
2. Ensure the effective and economic delivery of catering provision on operations and within the firm base in the Bde AOR.
3. Audit food services, crown, exercise and CILOR accounts of regular, Reserves and ACF units in accordance with current regulation.
4. Carry out the Food Services element of Logistic Support Inspection’s.
5. Ensure the correct HR/Career management is carried out for all Core Catering Manpower (CCM.)
6. Carry out management checks on Food Services within contracted and CCM lead facilities.
7. Advise RFCA on all Food Services matters concerning Reserves, ACF and CCF.
8. Authorise, control and budget for all Short-Term Catering Contract applications, in conjunction with the DIO budgetary authority. Essential competencies FSWO Desirable competencies Advance Food Hygiene (L4), Instructional qualification preferably held alongside Adv Food Hygiene in order that local delivery of L2 food safety training can take place.
